Riffs'n Rants 4 – the review

The fourth in a successful line of Riffs‘n Rants customer reference networking events, took place in the UK on 22 September '11. Set amongst nine acres of landscaped gardens at Moor Hall (home of the Chartered Institute of Marketing), CRP specialists from Vodafone, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Fujitsu, HP and many others, got the opportunity to Riff about the things that get them excited, and Rant about some of the common irritations involved in running reference programmes.
